I came in today to make an appointment with Dr shake since they didnt answer my phone calls front desk was very nice and helpful I dont go based on reviews because not everyone ones experience is the same the skinny girl and the one with short hair made me laugh unfortunately they dont take my insurance I wish they did.

The staff seems to be more organized at the desk than prior appointments. My wait time was 30 minutes to be called in. Personally I think that is too long. Ive been a patient at this location for many years. Dr. Nguyen is wonderfuI! I dont recommend the drops that reverse dilation. My eyes burned for hours and were extremely red. I dont think the drops reversed the process, maybe shortened it but not by much.The technician who did my tests was great!
