Ive never been to an eye doctor ever in my life. The front desk team was so welcoming and kind. I didnt wait very long at all for my appointment. The staff walked me through every stop, and answered all of my questions (I had many). Dr. Parks was kind, and very explanatory. I didnt feel rushed at all like most doctors.
