On my latest visit, I found the waiting time throughout had decreased. The staff were pleasant and professional, as usual. And overall, I continued to understand the health of my eyes.

The tech, Tommy, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me what he was doing and why, as he examined my eyes, which put me at ease. Dr. Parks is the best, I will always put my eye care in his hands!

No words cant express my gratitude of how they took care of my father (85yrs.). All the staff were so nice to him, very conversational, he had an awesome time and felt very comfortable.
