I have been going to Dr. Grubbs for several years. He is very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns, and answers all your questions in a manner easy to understand. He is thorough in his exams, caring, and seeks to find the best alternative for each patient. I would highly recommend him. On the downside, the wait in the waiting room is extremely long. I anticipate being there for 2 hours. The office staff could be a bit more professional (you can hear their personal phone calls).

I've been coming to Dr Grubbs for over 13 years. I've never had an issue with billing or authorizations let alone with the Dr. Seems as though they've hired new staff or their current staff is not properly trained. I work with insurance and we never have the patient call for their own authorization. To later find out they had it all along but the person who pulls authorization and the staff here lacks communication. Yet, I was told I was given the wrong authorization number after I called.

Always very professional and caring. He explains all the information and answers questions that are asked. I have been seeing Dr. Grubbs for 10 years as his patient and always have had excellent care.
