Great experience with Dr. Smith and all of the staff. Very thorough, professional and pleasant! I would definitely recommend. The only thing lacking was their frames selection. They could do with some more premium brands and hardly any trendy men's frames were present. But you can always take your prescription elsewhere and it's worth visiting to ensure your eyes are properly examined, since that should be the main focus anyway.

I have been going to this office for years. Jackie (along with the rest of the staff) are super helpful. Dr. Hyman is fantastic and takes her time to answer any questions you may have. My son just had his first eye exam and she was so comforting to him and ensured he had a positive experience.My other son (who did not have any eye exam) experienced a medical episode in the lobby. The entire staff jumped into action. Dr. Hyman would not leave his side until the paramedics loaded him into the ambulance. The staff here truly cares about the people that come through their doors. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lavonda was friendly, thorough and efficient with time. The clinic was short staffed on this day. Except for an unusual bit of an extended wait, everything was handled with energy, kindness and expertise. Thank you. Special thanks to Emma, filling in from Altamonte.
