Dr Pappas is a caring and concerned Opthalmologist and is very friendly. He answered all my questions with patience and was careful to observe my health issues. I do feel the surgical area as well as the consultation waiting room areas could use a thorough cleaning. There were dusty baseboards, and dusty equipment.

Dr. Pappas and his staff at the Florida Eye Clinic are the very best. It is a very busy office but everyone I encountered was very polite and efficient. Dr. Pappas is a very positive and caring doctor and very clearly explained everything to me in an easy one to one manner so I had no hesitation going into my cataract procedure for both eyes. I would highly recommend Dr. Pappas to any of my friends and family.

Very professional knowledgeable and thorough This is a first class eye clinic. They will first check your vision and then will provide a comprehensive eye exam. The will check for cataracts and glaucoma and other eye conditions in a professional and caring manner and are very knowledgeable. The office staff is very professional. I highly recommend.

It has been over a year since my cataract surgery, and my distance vision remains at 20/20! When Dr. Nguyen called after measurements and said that the surgery would likely correct most of my astigmatism, I was amazed. She answered all my questions, even asked me a few that helped in the process and was pleasant and professional at all appointments. I went from glasses since a teen up to max correction then after surgery no glasses except for reading! Thanks for restoring my sight!

I've been coming to Dr Grubbs for over 13 years. I've never had an issue with billing or authorizations let alone with the Dr. Seems as though they've hired new staff or their current staff is not properly trained. I work with insurance and we never have the patient call for their own authorization. To later find out they had it all along but the person who pulls authorization and the staff here lacks communication. Yet, I was told I was given the wrong authorization number after I called.
