    My father is in a nursing home with dementia and his glasses recently came up missing. He can barely see without them. Optician Susie was a delight to work with - she consulted with the doctors assistant and even though we were physically unable to get my dad in to be seen, she was able to order a duplicate pair - even contacted the company to ensure he could still get the same frames so the measurements would remain the same. EXCELLENT service and compassion!!.
