Ive never had to wait so long in my life for an appointment. I showed up at 10:30 for my appointment and I didnt get to leave until 12:40 PM. Ive never had to wait that long in my life.

I arrived in Rock Island at 9:30 AM for my appointment at 9:40 AM. I did not leave until noon. Thats way too long of a wait there. Ive never had to wait that long to finish my appointment in Bettendorf. Very upsetting.
