Dr. Isgrig was so willing to take time with you and to answer all medical questions. Advising me how to care for my vision secondary to age and being a diabetic. Very pleasant!

Very concise in explaining the injury to eye and also the treatment plan. Gave detailed instructions on using medication prescribed and what the outcome should be and when improvement should be expected. Easy to understand even with a mask on! Very considerate and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I might add that I had to go through the exchange as the office was closed in Geneseo where we usually go. Got a reply quickly and was able to get to Bettendorf before they closed. Very thorough exam! Also informed me to call if things were not getting better and someone on call would see me over the weekend.

Dr. Is grog is knowledgeable, personable, and caring. He takes the time to answer questions in a friendly, non-condescending manner, using terminology that is very understandable. Always a pleasant experience.
