This was a "next day" checkup for catarac surgery. Dr. Isgrig and all the staff members were friendly and patiently answered all my questions. I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism

Dr. Isgrig is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything. Very personable, too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing an eye doctor.

Initial screening was right on-time and much less rushed or "processed" than last time - thanks!After that, the guide tole me I was the first appointment for Dr. Isgrig so it would only be a few minutes. I waited 25 minutes in that waiting room for some reason. That seemed excessive, especially since I was the first to be seated and four other patients came and went while I was there. I listened to half of Murder She Wrote and the start of Charlie's Angels. Also my driver was waiting in the parking lot much longer than I told her she would:( No explanation or apology was given for the delay (that would have helped).I'm not complaining; often doctors have priority interrupts. But you sent me the survey so I'm sharing the negative experience:)
