How professional everyone is!The check in staff and nurses were courteous, polite, quick and answered any questions I had. I liked all the separate waiting rooms. I tend to be anxious and have had to leave due to panic attacks. Not so here! Dr Kirk was gracious and very thorough. He explained what I had and how it was nothing to worry about. Unless my vision changes!! Btw that picture doesnt do him justice. He looks better in scrubs!

Couldn't believe that you are awake for the operation and having to spend 72 hours facedown for the best outcome. So hope it turns out well.

On the Thursday, October 24, it was confirmed in Muscatine that l had a detached retina, Dr Kirk was contacted. He told the Vision Center at 2:50 pm to have me in the Rock Island Eye Surgeons Associate office at 3:00. He saw me that afternoon. I had surgery for my retina repair on Monday, October 28. By November 06, my eye sight has nearly returned to 100%. I am truly grateful for how quickly he has attended to saving my eye sight.
