    I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. The doctor's assistant was calling for me before I had a chance to sit down. Eye exam, dilation and wait time went by with the same efficiency. I met with Dr. Eckhardt and discussed the symptoms we have been tracking for 10 years. She clearly explained that I need a new prescription for my glasses, the symptoms we have been tracking had not changed for the worse and we discussed new issues with eyes for a person my age. This was a prime example of paying close attention to a customer's need for efficient use of time and clear, concise communication. ESA is, by far, the best group in our regional area in my opinion and I would highly recommend them. John Arnold

    I`m always greeted with a smile. I get nothing the best eye care from Dr. Eckhardt. I would not consider going anywhere else.

    Wonderful doctor and great staff. The doctor I seen explained to me exactly what is wrong with my eye, educated me about the eye and eyelid. Great place and fast . Very professional!!
