    I love Dr. Eckhardt. I am sad that she is retiring. Julie and Reagan in the optical dept are fun and very knowledgeable. I do not like the new setup of the main waiting area. I find it very uncomfortable being fit for new eyewear and discussing my concerns with the technicians when individuals in the waiting area are listening to our conversation and staring at me. I believe the way it was set up previously with all chairs facing the checkin/checkout counter is the way it should be. Not all chairs have access to the TV either with the current way it is set up. I find it to be very disturbing.
