    Doctor Yem did a good job! He was professional yet friendly. The office was clean and comfortable. It was a busy day at Eye Surgeons.

    The check was fast and easy. I only waited about 5 min. before being called in. Whole appointment about 40 min.

    All staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Wagle is the best. Of course, I am partial to him because he has been my specialist for over seven years. Thank you everyone at Eye Surgeons Associates.

    I am only giving as high as a 3 because past experiences have generally been ok, with the exception of long wait times. This seems to have actually improved since the pandemic (perhaps less overlooking is happening). But I am frustrated after my experience over the last two days. Months ago, I was scheduled for a two-part appointment in 2 different offices 45 minutes apart. Last week, someone called me to tell me this might be a problem. But after finding no appointments available for both the test I needed and an appointment with the doctor on the same day for months, the lady and I decided it was doable for my appointments to stay as is. Then the afternoon prior to these appointments someone else called me at work to tell me this would not work. She was very snarky from the get-go. I told her I couldn't reschedule because I've been suffering from blurry vision and needed it checked out immediately at this point, not months from now. She refused to allow me to keep both appointments and told me to come in that day, in a little over an hour for the first one.I did, and guess what? The appointment left me a full 20 minutes where I could have easily gotten to my second appointment in Bettendorf (especially since i know that Wagle is almost never on time anyway). But instead, I had to take two partial days off work for a one-day double appointment I made months ago.Then, I ended up leaving with no answers and no hope for the blurry vision that has gone on for a year. Just a comment to call if it gets blurrier before next year. Now I'm wondering if I need to find a new eye clinic.I also had problems at checkout because that person was not listening to me at all until she made an avoidable mistake that ended up costing me even more time out of my day. This was in Bettendorf but I'm posting on the rock island page because I believe that's where the snarky person called me from.
