Very happy with Dr Farrell, optometrist, Scott, optician, Jonathan, technician and Patty at the front desk. They all took considerable time to answer questions and clarify issues.However, I was disappointed that my July 7th appointment with Dr Farrell had been canceled and I was not notified, but Patty was able to reschedule me at a convenient time.

I have been seeing Dr. Farrell for several years, and I cannot recommend her more! She is knowledgeable and personable, which is a combination in a provider that you cant beat!! I completely trust her judgement and am happy to be a patient of hers.

The staff at N.E. Eye Care Specialists make you feel welcome and wanted. The technician was personable, professional, and answered all my questions. My optometrist gave me multiple reasons to have your annual vision exam. Im a senior citizen now and have Peace of Mind knowing my vision is healthy.
