I had a really positive experience at the Berwick office. Kindest staff! They were all friendly, helpful, and informative. I felt a comfortable atmosphere. I was never rushed. And it was the day before Thanksgiving and they were closing early. Special shout out to the receptionist, Dr. Gutierrez, and the person who helped with the frames (Anthony?). Everyone provided excellent customer service and I appreciate that.

Quick service but they will take their time and answer any and all questions. Great with kids. The staff is all very nice.
