The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The young lady, Tia who did my prep work was very pleasant and professional and explained each step of the process. I have been seeing Dr. Kato for over thirty years and he has always taken good care of my vision needs in a friendly and professional manner. The Optical Department is well staffed and took care of my prescription needs in the same courteous and professional manner. I would highly recommend Eye Associates to anyone needing anything related to vision needs.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Enjoyed meeting staff that I hadn't met before. As always, Doctor Bui is good to work with and helpful. Sarah is very helpful!!! Had to wait a little longer than normal.
