5 stars for Mel!!! (the tech)AMAZING she was thorough and explained everything as she did them Dr. Strickland 1 star. She was 100 miles an hour for the 3 minutes she saw me I felt rushed and couldnt even think she was going and talking so fast I will not schedule with her again. Mel was the greatest and I hope to see her with Dr Bui I will not get glasses there ever again eitherthey destroyed a 400 dollar pair of frames and I still havent gotten my money back .Kimberly F

I will not be coming back. The process of being checked in and speaking with the assistants and registration/billing was pleasant. After meeting Dr. Bui, in the initial meeting it was pleasant as well, but during the time of asking if I had any questions and asking my questions he seemed to come off as being racist and continued to refer to my race as the blacks several times, it became uncomfortable. There are several brown employees that work there, so I'm assuming they are referred to as the blacks as well. It's no secret the people of color are more prone to getting glaucoma or diabetes. But there is no reason for you to refer to my race as the blacks. I am an American first, and yes I am brown and I may or may not have African lineage, but I am not black. I will not be returning. Treat people how you want to be treated. If you are a citizen of this country regardless of race you are an American.

Operation very professional and seemed very busy. Did what was necessary, answered questions but no small talk.
