My cataract surgery with Dr. Taylor was a breeze. I appreciate the helpful handout regarding proper preparation and follow-up. The person who does the scheduling was very pleasant and understanding when I had to change my surgery date.

I've never had a doctor to personally call me after a procedure. Dr. McMillan was the best.

Everyone did their job well and were nice and courteous, however the wait time was excessive in completing the visit. It took me approximately 1hr and 45 minutes from my appointment time till I was dismissed. My actual time with the doctor was about 5 minutes. My time with the assistants was approximately 10 -15 minutes with the lady who checked my eye sight, 2-3 minutes for a photo of my retina and the rest was wait time.

Dr Johnston is a good Doctor and my experience with him and the staff are always professional and polite. My only suggestion is button up the communicating when doctors have to be out of the office. Twice I've gone to the office for my appointment and be told the doctor is "out of the office"
