The best ophthalmologist practice, but the worst insurance filing and billing support I have ever experienced. They sent a bill in Feb. of 2024, I called to ask why it was not filed on my insurance as they had made copies of my insurance card and had me complete 4 different papers on my information. They told me they would file it. Now 5 months later, I get a bill threatening me with collections. My insurance still has not been filed, they cant seem to find my insurance information and the worst part is the billing department person does not speak enough English language to understand what I need. I am absolutely perplexed on where to go to fix the issue.Was contacted after this post by Ginger, the Manager of the Billing area, and she worked on the issue and resolved it in a matter of 10 minutes. She offered the type of patient service I was used to over the years. Thank you Ginger for all your help!

I like the doctors and assistants. I trust their treatments and knowledge. The waiting time is a bit too long.
