I had Dr. McMillan perform my Lasik surgery in January 2024. I had the surgery and a few days later, the Knoxville blizzard of 2024 occurred. They tell you to not touch your eyes. Unfortunately, by habit, I did it and during the blizzard. On call doctors were there to help me and see me during the snowstorm. Fortunate for me, I didn't have a problem but it was nice that they have doctors on staff if I did have a major problem. For many of the other practices, the doctor doesn't even live in the area.

Great experience. Really cared about my health. Tradition of old man Dr. Campbell being carried on. Knew him 30+ years ago. Was in my dad's Sunday school class.

Staff is great. The practice even has assistance for the cost of cataract surgery. I was terrified when I went into surgery. Between the staff member that was anesthesiologist stating, "This is the easiest procedure you will have." and my surgeon Dr. Haun talking me thru it, I was no scared in a matter of minutes. I will use this practice for all my eye needs in the future. And best of all, I can see the most sharpness in a few years. The two follow ups after surgery are all included in the cost. Plus, there are multiple locations.
