Extremely satisfied visit concerning my posterior vitreous detachment. Dr Courtney and his staff are extremely efficient, friendly, relaxing and professional. Dr. Courtney thoroughly explained what he was doing, what he found, and what to expect. He listened and answered all my questions and concerns. You only have one pair of eyes - and i am grateful to have Dr. Courtney and Colorado Retina taking care of mine!

Having received a prior diagnosis of Macular Degeneration, watching my mom quickly go legally blind from this, and not understanding what the progression of this condition meant for me, in 10 minutes Dr Courtney completely explained my condition and answered all my questions before I even gave him my list of questions. Dr Courtney is extremely kind and communicates very well, putting everything in simple to understand layman language. He seems to instinctively understand what the patient is thinking and worried about before you even attempt to express it. He is very reassuring, explains available treatment should the condition deteriorate and is very gracias and willing to be available to care for you in the future. I couldnt have been more pleased with this appointment!!! Totally worth it. In addition, the staff works you through the testing phases in a kind but very efficient manner. Definite 5 star rating. Thank you Dr Courtney!!!!
