I was experiencing a floater that was imparting my vision. I received one last week. I called triage and was told it was normal (after asking multiple questions). The floater went away but came back within a couple days. I called again, was asked same questions and was told it was normal. After a few days I knew this couldnt be normal. I called a 3rd time and told them I wanted to see Dr. Courtney. If my eye was normal I wanted him to tell me after he looked. They got me in, it turned out I had a torn retina. Dr. Courtney was very patient, calm,and explained what was happening. He has an excellent bedside manner and understands how scared we get. I would recommend him highly!!!Thank you so much for working me in, being patient, and taking good care of me.

The front desk staff was friendly. Once I was called to see the technicians I found them to be efficient and caring.I had seen Dr. Courtney at another office a few years ago. It was a pleasure to see him again. Hes very personable. He answered all my questions thoroughly. The exam was thorough and gentle. Overall it was an outstanding experience.

As always, the entire staff was polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. And Dr. Courtney is also exceptionally gifted and knowledgeable- Hes the consummate professional caregiver. Im always confident that my eyesight will be properly monitored.
