Dr Hovland is a superb specialist that clearly cares and communicates well. Going the extra mile, during the surgery he discovered a previously undetected vein issue that could have caused retinal detachment and he corrected it. The surgery was a complete success AND he did extradonary risk prevention to ensure retinal protection. A kind heart and an experienced hand has improved my vision and my life!

Dr. Hovland is an amazing ophthalmologist and takes time to explain your eye issues and what the best course action is moving forward. You only get one set of eyes and I trust Dr. Hovland to provide the best care with my eyes!
