Office staff is very accommodating and was able to change my doctor after my original doctor canceled my appointment. I am very appreciative of them asking another doctor to take over my appointment since I drive 2 1/2 hours to get here and my appointment wasnt canceled until 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment time

Very impressed with this practice. On time, explained things very well, didnt feel rushed. All the staff were very professional and friendly. A rare find these days. Especially liked Dr. Betty.

There were signs up stating there may be extended wait times due to covid short staffing which is helpful, however I happily did not experience much of a wait. Staff MAs were helpful and courteous. My visit was pretty quick and routine, but Dr. Hagedorn is always thorough and he takes the time to explain where necessary. Ive never had a bad experience at CRA, thanks team!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Kimura at Colorado Retina for many years, and have been to several of the clinics where he practices. The Lakewood Clinic is the most convenient for me. The staff are all very efficient, from check-in, pre-exam technicians, and the Doc himself. Dr. Kimura explains everything well and patiently answers all my questions. He has been a key player in keeping my eyes healthy and my vision clear.
