I was at this facility getting some ultrasound images of the eyes. The machine failed and caused the process to take much longer to complete. Kasey was the technician who took the time to make sure I was comfortable when the issues was being resolved. The professionalism deserves a commendation. Good job, Kasey.

I genuinely appreciate the time Dr. Hovland takes to ensure my remaining retina remains stablethat level of dedication is why I travel all the way from Scottsdale to see him. His warm, affable nature and sincere concern never go unnoticed. Its clear he truly has my best interests at heart.
