From the time you walk in the staff is friendly and inviting. DeShawn at the front deck helped me get all checked in and made sure all my paperwork was complete. I didnt have my correct copy of my insurance card, so Julie was called over. She politely helped DeShawn out and another staff member on what the correct process would be to handle if this happens in the future. And I was sent on my way. Next I was helped by the lovely Teara. She was very warm and knowledgeable. Before I knew it was off to imaging. Tracy took me back to do the first set of images. There was a wait between imaging departments, but Tracy kept me informed with friendly reminders that i had not been forgotten. Over all a very good experience. Thank you all for the great visit to your clinic.
