I arrived 30 minutes before my appt because it was my first time at this providers office. However, I was called back to a room before my appt time. I was met with a cheerful young lady who explained each test she was about to complete including what to expect after her set of tests then showed me back to the waiting area. I waited about 2-3 minutes before the next person called me in for the next set of tests. This lady was also friendly, explained everything in detail and assisted me during the testing then also informed me of what to expect next and assisted me back to the waiting area. A minute after sitting I was called into another room by a different lady who began to explain what they saw in the tests so far when the doctor walked in and stated there would be a delay in the next test due it being occupied so she was beginning her visit early to cut down on wait time. The doctor did some tests then discussed what she saw in the tests thus far. I was escorted back to the waiting room and they let me know it would be a little bit of a wait for the next test. About 2 minutes later a young man called my name and explained to me there was a slight delay but to rest assured I was next in line. Shortly thereafter (felt like seconds) a woman appeared and said to come on back. This woman stated she was starting her portion of the testing early since there was a wait for the other part. This woman spoke to me the entire time while she had to give me dye via needle and take pictures at the same time...little did she know she helped me get through the needle portion as I am unable to handle seeing needles so this procedure was done without a hitch. This woman walked me back to the waiting room and stated they would call me back as soon as the procedure room opens. Not even a minute passed and I was called back for the procedure portion where I was met by a young woman who explained everything that was about to happen then the doctor walked in and explained what she saw on the latest tests and how she would like to proceed. The procedure was exactly as it was described to me and I didnt even know it was over. My overall experience was great! I appreciated not having to sit there too long between each portion of my testing/appointment. I truly felt that this office worked as a team and their time management was exceptional in my opinion. Thank you for a great experience!
