I had a great experience and I especially want to recognize Sush at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole check-in process so easy. What really stood out was how he went out of his way to help my father, who doesnt speak English very well. Sush is bilingual and was able to communicate with him, making sure he understood everything and felt comfortable.
