Have seen Dr. Cashmere for a few years now and have always been satisfied. She takes time to answer any questions and has a calm presence. Would have given 5 stars except had a really bad customer service experience once. I value respect and as a healthcare provider the patient/client is always right or at least given the benefit of the doubt when theyre voicing a concern or complaint. I was met with what felt like an accusation. The front office called to notify my contact lenses had arrived and were ready for pick-up. Because of my work hours and theyre work hours it was difficult to make it there in time. So, I finally made it a few months later on a day off and when I said I was there to pick up my lenses, they said I already did. I said no, I havent been able to and apologized for not coming sooner but I couldnt get here before now. I saved their voicemails on my phone which I was glad bc they were then saying that I never ordered contacts then if theyre not here and Im saying I didnt pick them up. But they were also telling me I paid and picked them up. I again, so well that wasnt me. So typically I would expect them to apologize and say we will place another order for you, but they pushed back and had another staff member join in to confirm that I picked it up, which...I had not. They were both getting very upset with me as if trying to get me confess or something and telling me I picked something up over and over again. They very reluctantly said theyd get see if they could get the loaner lenses for me, but acted like they didnt know if Id get em and they made it clear that I for sure wouldnt have them by the end of the week after I said that I was hoping to have them by then for outdoor stuff. Anyways, just uncalled for accusations and ganging up on a loyal customer. So, lets hope nothing wrong happens there again bc they sure dont know how to be civil and calm and respectful.
