It is always a pleasure to have an appointment with Dr Mulligan. He is very professional as well as being kind and gentle during my eye examination. I always feel that I am receiving great care from him so I recommend him highly.

Always a clean and friendly place to visit. Dr. Mulligan and his staff always present a professional team, with a sense of humor, and advice if it's asked for; what else would we want?

The Doc was professional, didn't waste time, and efficient. Nice SMALL talk as some docs chit chat too much but Dr. Mulligan was great. I trust his experience. Only got 4 stars because my appointment began 12 mins late. But, I'll go back. Nice receptionist as well.
