Dr. Mulligan did my iLasik Oct. 2021 and my subsequent enhancement. He may come off as abrupt or unproachable to some patients, but he's a funny, clear, and odd guy all at once. We had a great rapport and I always enjoy seeing him. Great care from all the staff. Seamless visits. Grateful to never wear contact lenses again!
