Dr. Mulligan and the staff at ClearView Eye are excellent! He is very professional and congenial and makes sure you know what hes doing and what his recommendations for treatment and options are if needed. The staff are always welcoming and they make you feel very at ease during your visit.

I recently (finally) had Lasik done, and Dr Mulligan was amazing at explaining the procedure to me, and the recovery. He also set my expectations to be realistic.
