Dr Mulligan [s not a chatty person, which I like. I,m there for treatment not the news of the day. He does, however answer questions in a manner that understandable but not condescending. I appreciate him very much.

Enjoyable experience, nice Dr who in very knowledgeable and a fun sense of humor. He had great rapport with my son who was nervous about having a procedure done.
