Referred by my new Primary Care Physician because of problem with my eyelid. Even though I had to wait about 30 minutes pass my appointment time, the staff, and Dr. Downer were efficient, courteous, and professional.

This office is ran like a well oiled machine. Everything is streamlined and you move quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly, attentive, and precise. I would highly recommend them.

After having multiple changes happening to my eyes I decided to get them checked for glasses this time and treat other stuff at other appts. The staff was really helpful as I ordered the prescription glasses for inside and ones for outside. She understood what style I didn't like and it made it easier to pick ones I liked. I used my own frames from a previous prescription years ago because their so light you wouldn't know your wearing them. I can't wait to receive them and read simple dates and such again. You'll only wear them if their comfortable and a style you like. Take your time and don't be afraid to say which ones or styles you don't like. You'll be wearing them, not the helpful tech.
