All personnel were extremely polite helpful. Have been seeing Dr Donovan for years. He is a wonderful very knowledgable doctor. Have never been to Mandarin office. Fleming Island is a nice office with plenty of parking, but I dont drive that far anymore. Orange Park office has more seating closer to home, but parking is limited.

Great staff I had the privilege of meeting and getting my eye surgery done by Dr. Levine jan5th and Im getting my second one done by him as well. All and all the office is great.
