The staff at both offices was great get in and out surgery was great I can see with out glasses after catteract surgery and the ladies in the surgery room prepping patients are just unreal never a dull moment with them they make you feel like your home

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of this wonderful organization for awhile now and let me tell you, every time I walk thru the doors at ANY location, I know Im going to be well taken care of! I am a patient of Dr Downer and Dr Hayes and they are hands down the BEST at what they do! My situation is a rare one but let me tell you, they BOTH attacked it head on as if it was something that they deal with on a daily basis! Them and their staff has been nothing less than amazing! My husband had been experiencing failing sight - which was beyond frustrating. We were referred to Dr. Downer at Clay Eye Physicians by our ophthalmologist. This has been the best thing that could have happened! From the time we made the first appointment, through the initial exam, following the first surgery (right eye), to and including the second surgery (left eye), we have been treated in an extremely friendly yet professional manner, not only by Dr. Downer but all of the staff members we have had contact with. Dons surgeries have been wonderfully successful - we still have visits to go but we are both very satisfied with his care. I recently referred a friend to this office and will continue to refer family and friends.Tressa

As the song goes, I can see clearly now ... thanks to my wonderful surgeon, Dr. Downer, and the team at Clay Eye. I hope anyone struggling with vision concerns will reach out to Donald Downer or one of these amazing doctors.No more bumping into whatever is near but distorted and blurry. Absolutely thrilled -- with immense gratitude, thank you!

Great clinic, nice people, be cautious if using Tricare Prime insurance as you may very well end up paying over half the bill yourself, and see an optometrist instead of an Opthalmologist ins.
