The receptionist did not greet us when we got there, which was kind of off-putting, but she was much more attentive when we were leaving. The young man that did the preliminary tests was ever so nice, and made me feel at ease. The doctor was very nice, explained everything he was doing and why, and performed the ophthalmologist testing very thoroughly. Overall, I am well pleased with Clay Eye Physicians and Surgeons.

Very clean, courteous and professional atmosphere. Everything is explained as it's being done. I didn't feel rushed and my questions were fully addressed. Minimal wait time before appointment and the entire process was quick and efficient. Dr. Swinehart was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure.

Doctors are knowledgeable and know their stuff. Also helped me learn about new eye care I should be doing.I wanted to edit my review to let everyone know I had to get a chalazion removed here, it was my 2nd time having one removed. My first one I got done somewhere else and it was a crazy experience. Dr Bullock did this one and my eye barely has any bruising and he explained the procedure and checked in with me through the whole thing to make sure I was ok! He is a fantastic and very knowledgeable doctor, I will only be seeing him for all my future eye needs! I definitely recommend him and his staff! Very happy with the service and the procedure. :)
