Ive always been quite near-sighted and had trouble with both glasses and contacts. 18 months ago Dr. Downer removed cataracts from both of my eyes, installed lenses and performed Lasic surgery on them. For the first time in my 70 years I can see! I just had my 18 month follow-up and my vision is 20/20! Every time I think of Dr. Downer I I get a little teary. God bless him!
