Waiting room is very comfortable - fell sleep. Staff all polite. Specially when which one looks better - one or two? was done slowly - without any rush. When I asked to repeat several times was done very politely.Efficient, no waiting. All very timely, no waste of time. Though took all the time to respond every question.
