First time here. Didnt wait long. Office staff was very pleasant. Gina took me into the exam room and was very nice. Dr came in after eyes were dilated and found out we have the exact same birthday. Would definitely recommend this office. Only thing was Gina did the exam except for when the eyes were dilated. Ive always had the Dr do almost everything Gina did. But its been awhile since I had my eyes examined and things have probably changed.

Waiting room is very comfortable - fell sleep. Staff all polite. Specially when 'which one looks better - one or two?' was done slowly - without any rush. When I asked to repeat several times was done very politely.Efficient, no waiting. All very timely, no waste of time. Though took all the time to respond every question.

A meticulously thorough eye exam. Everyone I interacted with was gentle, patient and easy to get along with, including Dr. Pennachio himself. Five out of five.

Dr Pennachio has been my ophthalmologist since he opened his practice many decades ago. Brilliant doctor, great surgeon. Would recommend him to everyone, James Young MD
