The entire staff was amazing. I felt comfortable from my first appointment through my cataract surgery and subsequent follow-up appointments. The staff is extremely professional and very caring as to their patients needs.

Both the administrative and the technical staff were outstanding. Dr. Pennachio was very competent and professional. He was keenly interested in my complex vision issues and was not satisfied until he was able to determine the cause. I most strongly recommend this office!

Everyone in the office was friendly and very professional. I liked Dr. Pennachio very much. Some highlights:1. Doctor P. recognized a slight tear in one retina that he felt had been there "for some time." My previous eye doctor had not found this, probably because he did not use the technology this Doctor used.2. The checkout staff person took the time and trouble to make the referral appointment to the retina specialist while I was there, making sure I didn't leave without an appointment.3. Both the doctor and the person doing the refraction took seriously my complaint that my regular progressive lenses don't work well for use with my laptop. I now have a prescription for computer glasses, something I've asked for, for years.4. The optician took one look at me and picked out inexpensive and attractive frames that are very comfortable. She gave me others to try, but we agreed that her first choice was right on. She makes the lenses there on-site.5. Pennachio Eye takes my insurance, at least for the medical exam. I never felt this was an issue, but it's a very nice plus.I can't recommend Pennachio Eye highly enough.
