I had an issue that came up suddenly. I called and was able to get in the next business day. Exam was thorough and was explained every step of the way. Dr. Chih was very clear with explanation and explained what follow ups were needed and why. Highly recommend. All staff were professional, pleasant and polite. I was not pressured to get new glasses but was offered my prescription. New glasses wasn't the reason I asked to be seen. I will continue with this practice.

You might have to wait a while to actually get an appointment, but Dr McKinder was worth the wait. He corrected a misdiagnosis of my eye condition and I can see improvement already. Plus I am following up on a test that he recommended which should help determine the best course of action going forward.
