    I really, really like this place.The doctors are excellent. THE PHONE SERVICE STINKS. Every time I call between 0800 and 0830 the message is: The office is currently closed, normal business hours are 0800-1200. This is normal for the phone support staff. This review is for phone staffs indifference to this issue, whos response to this issue is We are busy, and only three of us here, tough. What does it take to switch the phone to message used when open, at 0800 rather than 0830, answer: SECONDS, results: customer satisfaction goes up!

    I highly recommend Dr. Pennachio. He is very thorough and answers all your questions. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a sense of caring in this office which I especially appreciate.
