Deep in despair after a visit with my eye doctor, Vision not clear enough to see or read the street name signs on the signal mast arms over the intersections at the cross walk. Ready to surrender my drivers license.My doctor said he's got one last trick he can try. He called my retina doctor, got a clear to refer me to you and made a call.You guys, my last hope.An appointment was made. I arrived on time. Got my eyes dilatated and tested for all the routine things. Met the doctor and had a short conversation and he led me to the treatment room, scooted me up to the laser and he blasted my right eye 3 or 4 times, and THAT WAS IT! Not more than 3 minutes.we had a short conversation shook hands and I think he wished me a happy life and I thanked him for his time.I recall the well lit reception room and the faces in detail I recall the ford F-150 across the parking lot and the license plate and being able to read it CLEARLY. I was at a loss for words for what I was feeling. All I could say was "My God! My eyes! It's a miracle! Thank you!", the poor receptionist must have thought I 'd "gone over the edge". I did, crystal clarity, is truly a shock to the system if you're not ready for it.I drove home in shock reading and seeing everything for the first time in 13 years.DA
