This was my first visit here and I saw Dr Apple. He gets 5 stars for sure. Very kind and thorough with my exam and explanation of findings. But overall 4 stars due to length of time for a routine eye exam. It was a new experience being escorted from one exam room to the next with wait times in between. It should not take 1 1/2 hours for a routine eye appointment. But I will see Dr Apple again next year because my husband and I really liked him.

The receptionist and the lady that help with checking me in was very helpful. She assisted in every way she could to help me locate the insurance I needed to be seen.

From check in to the visit with Doctor White everything was outstanding. Specially Doctor White, was very personable, very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the visit .

I was given an appointment that started 10 minutes from the time I called!!!! Incredible. Dr Hines (sp?) and his supporting team are simply true professionals, including the two women at the reception desk and Julia who updated my insurance coverage. Simply an A+ for everyone!!!!
