Dr. Messner and the staff were all excellent and very helpful. The only issue I had was with calling the clinic. I was on my way to the appointment and was delayed by a traffic accident. When I called the appointment line to let them know I would be late, I was on hold for over 20 minutes and hung up. I called again to reach their operator and again I was on hold for over fifteen minutes before the operator answered. Huge problem with their phone system. The administrator definitely needs to address this issue. It is unacceptable for patients to have to hold for that amount of time.

I enjoy attending Carolina Eye the staff is proficient in helping others. I love the positive caring atmosphere. I would recommend my whole family! Never a problem with the staff. They are so friendly and kind!

I truly appreciate Dr. Apple, I get very good and professional service from Dr. Apple. She makes me feel that I am getting the best service to maintain the best for my eyes . She listens to my cares and concerns and always comes up with a solution thats best for my eyes . She is very kind and very professional too, I really like my eye doctor
