My experience with the doctors is 5 stars. Joey Harris and Lisa Sitterson were great doctors. My only issue was dealing with the assistant for Joey Harris. Dr Sitterson assistant listened to my issues and had me seeing better. Dr. Harris discovered a disease in my eyes that other doctors missed. My only issue was with the assistant for Dr. Harris. I brought my previous computer glasses in and told her that I had them so that she could view them. She refused to view them or even look at them and said that she would get my eyes from our exam. The computer glasses that was prescribed were not what I needed and I couldn't see and everything was blurry. I called back and let her know this and to see if she can update my prescription since my computer glasses are something that are vital for my job. She had me go to Walmart to check the prescription that they have put in the glasses which was the correct prescription. But they also said that the prescription that she gave me was a lower prescription than the one that I had previously. If she had checked my glasses she would have seen that. That was my only issue with the agency. I have nothing to the bad to say about Dr. Harris. He's a great doctor and he let me know about the disease that I have. It was just his assistant. That's why I took off one star.

On behalf of my mom:Everyone at Carolina Eye Center was amazing. Dr. Throneburg and Dr. Garris were so knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to get the care that was needed. You can tell that the staff is concerned about the patients and not just worried about billable services. I am very appreciative of the care they provided!

I got there early and I was taken care of right away. The office was large, orderly and friendly.
