Pinehurst/Southern Pines Center

I was impressed at how friendly and helpful the staff in Pinehurst was, though there is some waiting which is not unexpected you as a patient are instructed that there will be , so you know whats coming. The pleasant demeanor having worked in several private offices in the past, keeping the patient informed of whats going on and wait times is extremely important.However I found that in the Sanford office the next morning , the front staff to be very rude and condescending to the patients as we waited almost two hours with no explanation And when we inquired, we were told we should expect a 2-hour wait in that office , with a tone that basically said shut up and sit down. I asked if thats so, why is it not posted or that we were not informed. Patient time usage is as important as office time usage is my personal philosophy, However, the back staff and the doctor were superb, efficient polite and caring.

.Dr. Throneburg was friendly, thorough, and competent. Checking out took way too long.
