We are new patients and from the time we entered the building until the time we left, we were treated like a king and queen. My husband had a detached retina and due to the severity, Dr. Pecen worked him in to do the surgery that afternoon. We fell in love with Dr. Pecen and her surgery scheduler, Beth Jones. Beth was awesome and took the time to go over everything with us. She was so friendly and helped "calm the nerves". We need more people like Beth in the medical field. Actually, we need more medical facilities like Carolina Eye Associates, Greensboro. They really do care about their patients.

I was referred to Carolina Eye Associates by my doctor and the representative that scheduled my appointment was so kind and courteous and was able to squeeze me in even though the next available appointment was two months away. I had the pleasure of seeing doctor Faircloth who was equally as courteous and professional, I was worried because they office was so busy that I might be a little rushed to ask questions but he didnt make me feel like he was rushing with me and I felt comfortable asking all the questions I needed to ask and felt at ease with the next steps that were needed to be taken. The front office staff was also courteous and kind from checking in and checking out. Awesome job!
